Pressed at Columbia, New York ("COLUMBIA NY" stamped in runout).
Although stamped runout codes are generally formatted as "MAL 3xxxx-xx" and "MBL 3xxxx-xx" in this series, this release shows a mix, with only the "AL 3xxxx-xx" and "BL 3xxxx-xx" being stamped. This seems to have happened more frequently later in the series. Only the "B" side has an "M" hand-scribed in the sequence, as noted in the runout codes listed.
From the sleeve: "Re-mixed and re-mastered from original tapes, using the Dobby System..."
If still in original plastic outer wrap, the release may bear a red rectangular hype sticker stating: "Latest Release in the "Great Performances" Series" (see photo).
Original inner sleeve is paper, printed advertisement for the CBS Great Performances series with Proof-of-Purchase clippable corner: the first twenty-five covers are simulated on the front, the remaining seventy-five are listed on the back, giving catalogue numbers for both LP and cassette versions.
